Café del Mar pizza features the ancient Italian cooking style of the wood fired oven, combined with modern cooking technology – to offer guests amazing tasting pizzas quickly and perfectly, every time. To make our special Café del Mar pizza, we use nothing but the best local ingredients, with imported San Marzano tomatoes, and local stretched mozzarella. We pride ourselves in our artisan dough.

Our pizza crust is made from antico caputo flour – from Naples’ oldest mill – mixed with our house-made sourdough starter. Fermented for 36 hours and hand stretched to order, delivering a dough that has all the benefits of Napoli traditions with a thin and robust crust that is light and fluffy with a slight crunch!
